The Wrong Question Leaders Ask About AI

Most leaders ask whether the AI works.
That is not enough.
A demonstration can show that something can work.
It cannot prove that your organisation is ready to use it well.
The better questions are:
Have we defined the problem?
Is the workflow clear?
Is the data ready?
Will people trust it?
Do we understand the true cost?
Who owns the outcome?
What would make us pause?
Organisations that get value from AI do not only ask better technical questions.
They ask better leadership questions before making the commitment.
