Strategic AI Clarity is a focused piece of work designed to help organisations understand how AI could genuinely be used in their context, and whether it should be pursued at all. It is grounded in how the organisation actually operates, not in generic use cases.
The time involved depends on scale and complexity. For smaller organisations, this can be achieved in a concentrated half-day. For larger or more complex environments, it may take several days, and in some cases up to a week. The aim is always the same: to reach meaningful clarity without unnecessary extension.
Ahead of the sessions we ask for a small amount of preparation. This includes sharing relevant material and giving us visibility into how decisions are made, how work flows, and where authority and constraints already sit. This ensures the time together is focused and productive.
During the engagement, we examine where AI could be applied in ways that are realistic and worthwhile, and where it would introduce more complexity than benefit. We then carry out our own analysis and provide a written output that captures the decisions reached, the risks identified, and clear recommendations on what to proceed with, what to avoid, and what to hold back.
The outcome is decision-grade clarity, and a grounded basis for what should happen next.

This work follows Strategic AI Clarity, once there is agreement that an AI initiative should proceed and clarity on governance, risk ownership, and decision boundaries. NakedAI leads the architectural definition directly, carrying the agreed intent forward without reinterpretation.

We focus on how AI systems should be structured within the organisation: how they interact with data, people, processes, existing technology, where controls must sit and where boundaries are required. The emphasis is on coherence, accountability, and durability, rather than speed of execution.

Operational Governance & Oversight ensures that AI initiatives remain properly governed over time, regardless of who designs the architecture or builds the system.
This work can begin immediately after Strategic AI Clarity, or following Architecture Design. NakedAI may design the governance model, provide independent oversight of architectural decisions, or act as a second opinion where delivery is handled elsewhere.
We focus on decision rights, accountability, escalation pathways, and ongoing oversight. The emphasis is on ensuring that responsibility is clear, risk is actively managed, and AI systems continue to operate within agreed boundaries as organisations evolve.
While we do not implement AI systems ourselves, we can oversee delivery, support coordination across teams, or help source appropriate capability where required. Once systems are live, we can remain engaged to provide informed challenge and ongoing review, ensuring AI continues to operate as intended.
