Before approval, the leadership team needs clear answers.

Who owns adoption if the team cannot use the system?

Who owns the disruption to existing workflows?

Who owns the financial exposure if the business case changes?

Who has the authority to pause the project if the assumptions are wrong?

If those answers are vague, the approval is weaker than it looks.
