The real question is whether AI would genuinely improve the process.

Sometimes human judgement is exactly why a process works.

Sometimes the relationship matters.

Sometimes the nuance matters.

Sometimes the handling of exceptions matters.

Before adding AI, ask:

Is this process broken?

Is it unclear?

Is it costing us significantly?

Or is it already working well enough?

The discipline is knowing the difference between what can be changed and what should be changed.
