Move Smarter, Not Faster, on AI

You are not slow if you ask difficult questions about AI.
You are not behind if you demand clarity.
You are not risk-averse if you insist on named ownership, measurable value and a clear reason to proceed.
That is discipline.
The pressure to move quickly on AI is real.
But the organisations that look smart later will not necessarily be the ones that moved fastest.
They will be the ones that moved with purpose.
They knew where AI belonged.
They knew who owned the outcome.
They knew what would make them stop.
That is not caution.
That is strategy.
