AI does not just change systems.
It changes what people are being asked to trust.
That is why the effect on people cannot be treated as an afterthought.
AI changes where judgement sits. It changes how work flows. It changes who feels exposed when something goes wrong.
Before AI lands in the organisation, leaders need to ask:
What work will actually change?
What are people being asked to rely on?
What support will they need?
Where might concern be useful information?
Who owns the effect on people?
If those answers are vague, adoption will be vague too.
